All prices are in euros (EUR) and are shown without VAT , unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are calculated individually based on the weight, volume, and destination of the order and will be specifically communicated during the purchasing process.

SECTION 3 - ORDER AND SHIPPING

An order is considered binding for the customer when they click the "Complete Order" button on the checkout page. At that time, a full summary of the products, prices, and applicable terms and conditions is displayed before final confirmation.

The customer will receive an automatic email confirmation immediately after completing the order. This confirmation does not constitute definitive acceptance , but merely confirmation of receipt. SARANGHAE reserves the right to subsequently accept or reject the order, in whole or in part, particularly depending on product availability or the customer's trading history.

In the event of a change to the order (for example, a quantity reduction or a stock shortage), the customer will be notified by email. If the customer does not accept the communicated changes, they may reject the entire or partial order without incurring any additional costs.

SARANGHAE reserves the right to reject orders or limit quantities when there are pending disputes, unpaid invoices, or prior breaches by the customer or related companies.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct and complete billing and delivery information . If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided that prevents delivery, SARANGHAE will not be obligated to reship or offer financial compensation.

Shipments are made from our warehouse in Barcelona, Spain , to destinations within the European Union and other countries approved by SARANGHAE . Shipping is normally made within 48 business hours of payment confirmation, unless otherwise indicated.

SARANGHAE will not be responsible for delays or logistical incidents caused by transport companies, customs, suppliers or third parties, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional non-compliance by SARANGHAE .

SECTION 4 – COUPONS, BONUS PROGRAMS AND GIFT CARDS

Only one coupon can be used per order. At the end of the checkout process, the coupon code must be entered in the corresponding field. The coupon amount will be deducted directly from the purchase total. Coupons that exceed the order amount cannot be refunded. Discounts obtained using reward points cannot be combined with gift vouchers.

SARANGHAE offers digital gift cards that are not physical products. E-gift cards are delivered by email and include redemption instructions during the checkout process. SARANGHAE e-gift cards have no additional processing fees and do not expire.

SECTION 5 – WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

SARANGHAE guarantees that all products will be free of visible defects or damage upon shipment from its warehouse. Products damaged during shipping will be replaced or compensated at SARANGHAE 's discretion, provided the customer reports the incident by email within a maximum of 7 calendar days of receiving the merchandise.

In the event of a claim, SARANGHAE may request the return of the products in their original packaging for inspection. Return costs will be borne by SARANGHAE only if the claim is confirmed to be valid.

SARANGHAE 's liability to the customer is strictly limited to the provisions of Spanish legislation on liability for defective products , without prejudice to applicable European Union regulations.

Any additional warranty on the delivered products, as well as liability for indirect damages or consequential losses, is expressly excluded , except in cases where SARANGHAE has intentionally concealed defects or acted with gross negligence.

If SARANGHAE can assert warranty rights against its suppliers, it will transfer these rights to the customer to the extent possible. However, SARANGHAE does not guarantee that such claims can be processed or accepted by the relevant manufacturers or suppliers.

SARANGHAE shall not be liable for any damage resulting from misuse, improper storage, improper handling, or transportation conditions beyond its control.

In particular, SARANGHAE does not warrant that the products are suitable for a specific use or result intended by the customer. Suitability, compatibility, or expected results are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

SECTION 6 – ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

Since SARANGHAE 's operations at wholesale.saranghae.es are exclusively for wholesale (B2B) customers, returns of properly delivered products are not accepted . All orders are final and binding once confirmed and shipped.

However, if the customer receives damaged, incorrect or defective products, they must notify SARANGHAE by email at wholesale@saranghae.es within a maximum period of 7 calendar days from receipt of the merchandise.

If the claim is approved, SARANGHAE will offer a reasonable commercial solution , which may consist of a replacement of the product or a partial refund, as appropriate. SARANGHAE may request the return of the affected product for inspection before proceeding with any compensation.

Returned products will only be accepted if they are in perfect condition , unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging , including labels, seals, and accessories.

Shipping costs for returns or replacements will be covered by SARANGHAE only in the event of a proven error or manufacturing defect. Otherwise, the costs will be borne by the customer.

SECTION 7 – PAYMENTS

Orders placed through wholesale.saranghae.es must be prepaid using the payment methods available and specified on the website.

Order processing will begin once full payment has been received and confirmed in SARANGHAE 's bank account or after payment validation by the payment service provider.

Until the full amount of the order has been received, the products remain the property of SARANGHAE . Ownership will only transfer to the customer after full payment has been received.

In the event of late payment or failure to comply with the agreed terms, SARANGHAE reserves the right to suspend or cancel future shipments and to retain unpaid goods .
